COOLING STATION

The award winning Cooling Station is a unique, mobile platform that provides everything to prevent heat related stress/illness, maintain safety, health and efficiency in dangerous heat conditions. Our high-quality and OSHA approved Cooling Station is completely self-contained carrying 300 gallons of potable water, shade, a non-wetting misting fan, two 10 gallon water coolers, emergency shower, eye-flush, sink, night-lights and safety equipment storage is powered by a quiet generator.

SmithLight Battery Operated LED Work Light

Hybrid Track System

The hybrid track system is a steel track chain with a one piece bolt on rubber pad molded to the grouser pad. This system is designed to do direct crossover conversions from rubber tracked excavators, stump grinders and boring machines to this very durable system. Lasts up to 5 times longer than rubber tracks at a competitive price and is repairable.

PiperCut

PiperCut builds a machine to cut and twin-bevel PVC Pipe such as SDR-35 and C-900. It will cut and bevel both ends of the severed pipe simultanously. The machine will process 4" thru 12" diameter pipe. The objective of the machine is: 1. Eliminate sharp ends on the pipe, associated with free-hand beveling. Sharp ends will cut and roll gaskets in the bell. 2. Provide cutter travel feeds in excess of 1 inch/second. The bevel quality and operator efficency is far superior then free-hand beveling.
